  • Details of transactions or orders you make through PAF Shop, whether during our events or via our website.
  • Details of your shopping preferences, such as your favourite products.
  • Details of your visits to our website, in-store WIFI and the resources that you access.
  • Details of when you contact Project Art Factory by email, post, social media or telephone (please note that we may keep a record of this correspondence in our system).
  • Any other information from which we can identity you, or which is available on public registers.

We may collect your personal information when you:

  • Register or use p-artfactory.com (the "website")
  • Purchase online or at our events
  • Contact Projects Art Factory by telephone or email

Once data reaches its disposal date it will be deleted from our systems, physically destroyed or put beyond use it not permanently deleted.

Credit card transactions
  • Your full card details are not recorded or stored in our database.

If you are an Artist
We process the Personal Data of the Artists willing to participate to our events and exhibit their works through Google Forms. With your consent, we collect, use, and store the following Personal Data:

Name and last name
Date of birth
E-mail address
Phone number
Short biography
Title of the work(s) exhibited

We need this Personal Data to run the event efficiently. We also use some of this Personal Information (namely: name and last name, date of birth, short biography, title of the work(s) exhibited) to advertise the event on our website and other channels, such as our Instagram profile @p.art.factory

If you are an Attendant
We process the Personal Data of those who are willing to attend our events through Eventbrite where they can purchase tickets. With your consent, we collect, use, and store the following Personal Information:

Name and last name
Date of birth
E-mail address
Phone number

We need this Personal Data to run the event efficiently and safely. At the entrance of the event’s venue, Attendants will be required to show the QR code they received when they previously purchased their ticket on Eventbrite.
